Rav4 - new turbo?

My mum has a 2004 rav 4 and has the following codes come up ? When it goes over 50mph goes in to limp mode .. is this a new turbo you think guys ? 
we’re no mechanics and any advice greatly welcome 

 

po105 manifold absolute pressure circuit?

P1251 step motor for turbo ?

The step motor , from my experience was the need for a new turbo boost valve that gave trouble, which helped in my case but never totally cured the problem.  not sure about the po105 thing. U could have bother sorting it maybe

Like i said turbo boost valve = step motor, in my case that's what i was told. But don't rush into buying a new turbo, might not cure the problem. get the turbo checked if needs be and the po code, somebody here will let u know shortly what that is.

might be the SCV , try and find a diesel specialist and get it diagnosed , i had a 55 plate xtr did the same turned out it was the SCV  (suction control valve) . trying to diagnose it yourself will end up in a lot of time and more likely money going straight down the toilet.
