Android auto

My wife and daughter both have 2018 Toyota Yaris's. No oth have the Toyota touch stereo's in them and neither of them can get android auto to work from their smartphones. Both phones are new this year but can't get Google maps to show from their smartphones to the touch screen on the car. Please help

Moved to the Yaris club.

The Touch 2 multimedia units in the 3rd generation Yaris (2011-2020), which includes both your cars, are not compatible with Apple Carplay/Android Auto.

Doesn't matter how new your phones are.

Thank you, is there anyway to cast Google maps to them
