The Toyota Alphard is available in hybrid form in Japan. Anyone know if it's available in the UK, officially or personal/grey import?

Now this is a car that looks great. Have unfortunately only jst come across it. Have searched the VOSA site and there seems to be no model report for it. This would be why it is not available for import. Is anybody aware of possible probs with getting a report for this vehicle? Has anybody tried?

saw it on eBay last month or so.

this car is an absolute luxury so is the new 2006 toyota estima hybrid which is on sale in japan.

I really hope we have that car here in the UK.

14K is a bargain then plus a emissions and noise test which would cost about £2000
