VSC TRAC/VSC off/ABS/brake lights all on after Ida storm

Can anyone explain why all of these lights came on after the recent IDA storm?  I went to check on my truck and notices all the windows were fogged, upon opening the door noticed water on the floor of vehicle.  The car started but these lights came on, any idea why and if they will eventually go off.  I would hate to spend more more money on this truck!  Just replaced the Alternator, brakes, rotors and caliber last week!
