Hi Everyone. I've looked back at a couple of old threads regarding fitting an aftermarket cruise control kit, but the info is a little out of date. I have looked at the goldcruise model but it still seems very expensive from conrad, - over £400 for the 3-speed setting version!

Has anyone fitted any other brands and/or know anyone selling a used kit? I really don't think I can justify £400 as the car is only worth £1500-ish!

Personally I think the expense would outway the benefit.

I find that I use cruise control on very few occasions, due to the road conditions and the nature of my journeys.

I feel the motorways, etc are just too busy to use cruise control. I feel most people would say the same.
