T27 Automatic Climate Control diagnostic self test?

Hi,

Can you run a climate control diagnostic self test on a T27 (Avensis 2011 with keyless push button start)?

I have seen procedures for older models but not for this one.

A couple of photos of the climate control below:

What a bummer but thanks for the quick response.

In the PDF you had attached, the procedure is apparently for a car that gets started by a key, mine is keyless. That means there is no ignition switch to turn to ACC and so forth.

I will search for the scanner you mentioned.

Has anybody "invented" a way of running the self test on the climate control without a tool such as a scanner?

acc is just one press of the button, no foot on the brake/clutch

OK, so what does "turn the ignition switch to ON" in step 2 (indicator check) mean?

Later on, in step 3 there is also mention of starting the engine.

@flash22 Please ignore the post above this one. The procedure is understood now.
Once again, thank you!

Regardless of how the diagnosis is to be carried out, the owner needs to have the car on. But not everyone can get access to diagnostics, so the following may help and it is free.
Once you have put the car into a similar mode to IGN/ON, you should be able to do the HVAC self test. I have the 'key' version of your car (T27 2009) and it works. My car is TR spec, having the full dual zone climate control, so it should work with your car. I did have an issue with the temper controls acting weird, but sorted that a few years back.

If you have problems with one or both of the temperature controls, here is how I dealt with it -
