Hello! I have a Toyota corolla 2004 and the engine light has been on lately.

1: if I disconnect the Battery and reconnect it, the engine light disappears and does not come back until I have refueled the car. so I have noticed that every time I refuel, the light starts to shine after it.

2 a workshop has checked it but they found no fault in the car and just said that the fault code has something to do with petrol / fuel.

What could be wrong? can it be the fuel cap that needs to be replaced?

I drive the car every day and there is nothing wrong with it otherwise
