Yaris 2010 led tail light issue

Hi, my 2010 XP90 yaris has LED (original) tail lights. Same led acts as head light and brake light. In brake there is 12V and in normal case probably something else? But my problem is that without braking there is no voltage to led. Leds are ok but issue is with voltage. I have checked tail fuse and tried to understand relays as well. Still no idea how voltage is generated to LED in normal case (without brake). Is it 6V or something... Do you now if there is some voltage regulator to drop voltage or how it works? All other lights are fine.

Thanks,

Risto

Actually I cannot find T-LP relay at all. Only H-LP. Maybe that is not needed at all with LEDs?

It's better you forget that earlier question. My stupid mistake. I was sure that leds are not only for breaks. But it is like that. Only parking lights are on with head lights.
