Wiring Up A Speedo Converter

:group-cuddles: :censor: :help: I know this may sound daft but just bought a

coverter chip to change my reading from kmh to mph.

Chip has five wires coming from it.

Red wire goes to bottom left speedo mounting screw.

Green wire goes to bottom right speedo mounting screw.

Blue wire goes to top left speedo mounting screw.

THIS MAKES SENSE.

The yellow and the grey wire connect into the main speedo harness, cut

the wires and connect.

IT THEN SAIS THE BLUE WIRE FROM THE CONVERTER SHOULD BE WIRED INTO THE HARNESS WHERE IT HAS BEEN CUT AT THE PLUG END.

THE BIT THAT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE IS THAT I'VE ALREADY USED THE

BLUE WIRE TO CONNECT TO THE BACK OF THE SPEEDO, DO I NEED TO FIT

AN ADDITIONAL LINK.?????.

ANY HELP ON THIS WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

Tel; 01538 702789 ask for Tony.
