Previa / Estima 2.4 rear axle bushes

I have a 2004 UK Previa 2.4 which has done just over 80,000 miles. I had an advisory on the last MOT re rear axle bushes. Checking through the history of the car it appears to have had them changed twice already; the second time less than 20,000 miles ago (by the previous owner). I suppose there is always the chance that the previous owner was charged for work not carried out but I wondered if these cars are known for needing these bushes to be replaced frequently?

The bushes on the Mk3 certainly require changing as they do on the Alphard I am led to believe. However, the replace them so soon does sound suspicious. Perhaps they require Toyota bushes rather than a cheaper alternative?

As Paul says...a bit "suspicious" but could well be the result of using inferior parts.
