Has anyone removed usb ? I would like to make it two port ?

It is surprisingly easy to get that section out - There are no screws, it's just held in by clips. You can probably get it out with a good yank if you can get a grip on it, otherwise you'll need to follow the dashboard removal steps posted by flash22 in another thread:
