Hey, newby here. I have just purchased a Gen 6 ST and need to replace the front seats. Looking at standard but came across leathers from a Gen 7. Can anyone tell me off the top of their head if they will fit my Gen 6 without too much hassle?

Thanks folks

Welcome to T.O.C., Nev.

The rears are a straight swap, just leaving a small gap either side. The fronts though, do involve some welding.

If you ask the same question on celica-club.co.uk, there's a good chance you will get a reply from a Gen 6 owner that's carried out this modification.

Are there other Toyota’s in that same era that have compatible seats? I own a 95 and the leathers are in terrible condition.

suppose I could always swap out for cloth… but…
