I have a 2005 Toyota VoXY  (NOAH) which refuses to start. RAC and local garage suspect fuel problems but don' know much more.  

Does anyone know a garage that can help with diagnostics (and repairs?)

I would have thought any half decent and competent garage should be able to help..I often think that "don't know" means..can't be bothered.

Just a process of elimination surely.?
