Repairing fire damaged verso

Hi fellas, I'm new here. I'm considering fixing up my dads car. It was stolen and rammed through our gate it sustained damage to the front bumper, both wings and the headlights are finished aswell. The thieves attempted to destroy the car by fire but they left the doors and windows closed so the fire died out. The interior damage includes a destroyed drivers seat, roof lining and lots of smoke damage. I was going to replace the drivers seat, carpet, roof lining and cabin filter aswell as giving it a through clean. Is this enough to get rid of the smoke smell. I know the chemicals can be very dangerous so I want to do this properly. Is this enough to get rid of all evidence of a fire? My worry is that the ventilation system is ruined and could harm me when driving the car. Should I save this car or is it for the scrap yard?

Thanks for taking the time to read guys.
