Hi 

Bought an Avensis 2.2 2014 diesel from an ex taxi man. Did not look properly when I bought it. Has oil in the reservoir tank from a suspected oil cooler failure. Now the car is loosing coolant from the tank pressure release hole. Mileage is 170000. Can the egr cooler has been damaged as a result of the oil in coolant or is it a possible head gasket issue?
