Where the fuel circuit opening relay and the ST starter relay locations on a 2006 RHD Avensis 1AZ-FSE 2 litre petrol T4 Tourer please?

I have looked behind the glovebox (removed), lower A post covers both sides and the steering column area to no avail. They are definitely not located in the engine bay fuse boxes. Are these relays a specific colour?
