Steering problem

Every time i turn my steering i hear a grinding noise but only when i turn left and nothink when i turn right can any 1 advise me on this i have just had the wheel bearing changed on my right wheel

Best to get it checked professionally, could be a bearing, CV joint, or diff.

I have a ceased caliper on my front right break which wore out the bearing which i had replaced and fresh break pads on the old disc with the ceased caliper was grinding, so the new pads were grinding on the old disc ive done almost 250 miles since the change of bearing and pads and the noise is fading and not as bad as before.

Going to do another 100 to 200 miles tk see if the noise goes completely then i will change the calipers disc and pads all at once any recommendation peopel
