Recommended Mk3 Rav4 "Off-Road" modifications? Wheel sizes?

Hi all, First time poster, I'm a new owner of a 2009 RAV4 SR180. I'm looking to do some small modifications that will help in future off road endeavours as well as just look "cool". What mods have people done and recommend? Also, what tyres/wheel sizes will the mk3 RAVs go up to? I want to get some spare fat off road tyres. One modification I'm keen on doing us replacing the rear door with a spare wheel one. I've also thought about putting a snorkel on but don't think I'd ever risk putting it to the test! Cheers all!
