Bluetooth issues

Hi,

Just recently bought my wife a 2014 1.6 Toyota Verso, however we're having difficulty connecting the bluetooth

When trying to set it up, it just says 'waiting for bluetooth' with a loading sign, nothing happens beyond that.

Anyone else experienced this or can shed some light on what might help?

Thanks

When its says waiting for bluetooth you need to search for the car on your phone and make a pairing then agree the pin matches on both the phone and car and accept/agree/ok any further prompts on the phone.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately I've tried 3 mobiles and none can find the car's bluetooth, so we're unable to connect.

Beginning to think something may be wrong with the actual unit?

Try connecting one phone at a time to bluetooth. Switch the bluetooth off on the other two phones whilst you try one.

Thank you for the response, unfortunately I tried this initially but didn't work either!

Is it possible the car has reached it's limit with how many devices can connect to it? Or it's trying to connect to the previous owner's bluetooth

Frustrating as it doesn't even allow me to go into the settings and delete any existing pairings. Just stays stuck on the waiting for bluetooth screen!
