Celica restoration advice

I have had a 1991 Celica 2.0 GTi-16 since new. It has been a terrific car, but it has been SORN-ed since 2016 because of an MOT fail and my inability to finance the remedial work at the time. There has recently been a lot of recent interest in the car which sits on our drive and I am seriously thinking about how much it would cost to A) get roadworthy but mainly B) restore to a reasonable condition. I really need a Celica expert to thoroughly appraise the car and give advice as what to do. Can a Club member put me in touch with such a person?
