2008 Estima Hybrid Headlight Issue

My parents have just purchased a 2008 Estima E-Four X with the AFS headlight system, but have no sidelights or dipped beam.

The high beam, fog lights and all rear lights work as they should, though the sidelights and dipped beam don’t work.

Has anyone had this issue and could shed some light?

Has it had a rear fog light fitted?

If so, I'd get that checked out as it may have caused the issue.
