I'd like to be as cheap as possible, with decent quality too, which is why I've chosen Bosch and Toyota genuine. I think that the cheapest sites are the ones I've listed. I may however be a little confused. I don't know how much I might necessarily need of the different things.

Is the above about correct?

Pretty good, not forgetting that your first list is at least once every 10k rather than simply once a year, particularly the oil & filter. No issue at all with the brand's you've chosen, I would use very similar.

Engine air filter every year is not necessary unless you have high annual mileage. That can go at least 3 years/ 30k, whichever comes first.

Brake fluid every 2 years is a good idea IMO, although this topic is very divisive and a lot of people will say don't bother. Obviously you know how cheap it is, so if you're happy enough doing the work then I would encourage you to go ahead and change it. I also think it's fine to stretch that to 3 years if the job is done thoroughly, just to save some of your time.

Coolant is more of a time thing than mileage - the purpose of changing that is not to remove contaminants and not usually necessary even for freeze protection, it's to restore the corrosion protection which fades over time (basically looking after the head gasket). I think Toyota's coolant is good for 5 years, might even be longer these days.

I don't consider the Battery to be a service item. Replace when required same as brakes/tyres/bearings/bushes etc.

I did get Shell Helix HD8, for £29 from Amazon 5w30. Though it is not a recommended oil because it does not meet old standards but it meets the new standards which exceed the old standards and it is proper fully synthetic. Though price went up after I bought it to about £38.

I have the pink coolant there is enough for 2 cars. What I hate is that it takes a while to go into the system maybe 2 weeks.

I used the Iridium tt for both of my cars though I bought it from green spark plugs, they are supposed to last over 100 000 miles.

Thanks. I've got a service kit from Toyota and it's like £42 for everything which is fantastic value!

Thanks. Tbh part of it is also me being able to reference this post to see what I need in the event of failure as that will eventually go. Air filters are also very cheap tbf

It doesn't need an AGM Battery, a Bosch S4/S5, Varta or Yuasa, that size battery is way too big unless it has the dreaded stop start

Mk2 or Mk3 Yaris ??

It has the stop start indeed. It's a 2011 Yaris. I actually know that one purely because I took photos of what I had already, and I thought that my Battery was dying but really I hadn't driven it in a month
