Toyota Land Cruiser BJ43

Hi,

I desperately need help in proving the year off manufacture of my BJ43, it came to the UK from Shri Lanka and to register it here in the UK the DVLA insist on a sign letter from a Toyota club to confirm the year of manufacture

I have a photo copy of the docs from Shri Lanka but not the originals so this is not good enough for DVLA

I know it is a 1984 3ltr diesel, I have the chassis number  BJ-43-004977 I have found info on ToyoDIY but this is not enough for DVLA they require a sign letter from a Toyota club

Can anyone help me please I will pay for this.

We have no means of reliably checking the date of manufacture so won't be able to supply confirmation.

Have you tried Toyota GB??
