No.

Only kidding :D

'Course there are benefits. Not as many as having a T-Top, but more than having a TinTop! You can remove the sunroof can't you?

No tintop owner can do that! ...unless they use a can opener! :lol:

they were originally put on the mr2 to let the sunshine down on young mens acne problems to help heal their skin . also to aid in the tanning of night shift workers on the way home.On a hot summers day without aircon in the car , we are all glad of the sunroof being open , if you dont want its benefits leave it closed. :thumbsup:

1. You don't get leaks like a T-bar ..

2. You can open it while driving quick .. something you can't with a T-bar ..

erm .. that's it - and I've owned both :lol:

How does sunglasses make a difference when the sun shines behind the glasses and ontop of your head making you sweat?

sunroof = no leaks

sunroof = stiffer car, less rattles

sunroof = opened when travelling

sunroof = fully remove just like T-bar, but keeps nice roof line therefroe does not look like 80's transam :)

sunroof = better

Listen pal... I'm 42 years old! I wear a bb cap sometimes when it's sunny to keep the sun outta my eyes (along with a decent pair of sun glasses).

Not everyone that wears a cap is a boy racer you narrow minded !Removed! head! :ffs:

yeah t-bars add about 100kg or so over the tin tops i think. I still wouldnt trade in my T-bar for an equivalant sunroof or tintop model though...the novelty never wears off. Plus the car sounds great with the whole roof off, you can really hear the exhaust roar and the induction kit whistle :)
