Self Contained Surf?

Hi folks, I am moving back to NZ soon and will be a proud owner of a surf. Does anyone know if it's possible to fit a surf out to be self contained? I am considering removing the front passenger seat to fit the toilet in (its only going to be me so I can be selfish) All the other rules seem pretty easy to get it certified. Just wondering if anyone else has done it or going to do it? Thanks.
