Machine Gun Like Noise Upon Startup

Has anyone heard this noise before? I have a 2011 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. The noise is very loud, and lasts for about 30 seconds and starts when I turn the car on. I have also occasionally heard it when I turn the car off. It seems to be coming from behind the display screen? I have popped the hood to try and pinpoint where it is coming from, but it is always loudest inside the car. Thank you for any advice!

Wow that’s quite a noise. A visit to the Toyota dealership might be in order.
