Which coolant for 59 plate Avensis 2.0D4D?

Hello,

 

My Avensis has now done 100,000 miles and I'd like to get the coolant changed at the next service. It has the 1ADFTV
(2000CC DIESEL
TURBO) engine in it.

Please can someone recommend which coolant and how much it requires?

So I need to buy 8 litres?

 

Also, there's no official Toyota products on that site. I would rather buy official Toyota stuff.
