i thought i might have had more replys but it looks like nobody knows how to change the rear suspention thanks all

Here a tutorial how to, you will need a full can of wd-40: breaker bar, wrench and ratchet, a lots of patience because when there is a rust there is always a game to play. Also you may need to replace fitting bolts, perhaps just buy them as well from Toyota dealer and after you complete the job you have to take the car to an alignment specialist to set it up correctly.

Hi Leonard,

I have the same issue as you. I have both rear suspension arms to replace. However, I have decided not to replace them as I have no access to a lift, otherwise I would attempt it.

I do have the front nearside suspension arm to replace and will do this myself. There is a very good tutorial on AUTODOC for changing the front ones.

Please, when you have done the work let us know how you have got on.

i have just bought a pair of rear trailing arms for £149 and the 2 bars that fit on top £70 just got to put them on
