Hi, is it possible to open/close windows from the remote while locking/unlocking doors? On the Yaris 2020-2022 is possibile with the app Carista and the OBD, but with the previous version there is no option.

Not on the 3rd generation Yaris.

You will have to fit an aftermarket closer module (aka total closure) best place to fit it is in the drivers' door as you have access to all the wiring required

If you are interested, i did the Auto illuminated passenger window switch mod and colour change to the driver's side

Well you know such a thing exists as a third-party module which is more than me!

seems interesting a module that open/close windows with a long press on remote, like the OEM on the 4th gen

It's simple, it takes the lock/unlock signal and outputs to the windows (control side), with a bit of trickery in between

I remember years ago in my younger days fitting a DEI 530T window control module in to a Peugeot 206 & connecting it to the factory deadlocking system.

I gained one shot passenger window plus total closure.

I remember having to add a DEI 528T pulse timer relay via a diode to latch the circuit to earth for the 530T to fully shut the windows when the deadlocking was armed as that circuit only used a 1 second pulse.

It was a lot of wiring but satisfying to achieve.

The module also allowed remote window opening but I never wired that part in.

No the mk3 does not have this function/ability, the Mk3 needs an aftermarket solution from the likes of Clifford, Laserline or Cobra (now Vodafone) the latter 2 being based in Italy

eg. Clifford 530T

well, I think I'll buy from amazon https://www.amazon.it/dp/B00WA0UY72/?coliid=I192HY53HNPPZY&colid=T4DKPE9DR143&psc=1&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it

I have wanted also the opening windows, but it's ok

question: can I mod something that the DRL turn on when unlocking the car?

I have not looked into follow me home lights for the mk3

be aware that module on Amazon only rolls up the windows

look for the 530T or 535T sold under many brands under Directed electronics

I think the 530T and 535T don't roll dow the windows

from instructions manual:

To roll the windows down (not available in 4 window mode):

At any time, press and hold the auxiliary channel of the security

system for 3 seconds, the windows will vent and then continue to roll

down.

It does both, it will do 4 windows up or down OR 2 windows up and down

So - for me - it seems much more interesting a module that is more economic (and from amazon)...20€ vs 90€

Little OT:
I'm gonna buy this for the second rear fog light (I have it in left side, but a fake one in right side)

1- https://www.megazip.net/zapchasti-dlya/toyota/led-rear-combination-lamp-8158A0D610?q=8158A-0D610

2- https://www.megazip.net/zapchasti-dlya/toyota/socket-and-wire-license-plate-lamp-9007560001?q=90075-60001

I can connect the two wires from the exsisting rear fog light and make a hole where is the fake fog light

(yeah, I know, I'm psychopathic)

A fake one ? 14-17 one is a fog light and the other is the reverse light (lower bumper) - 2017 onwards the reverse light moved to the tailgate

the rear lens should have a blanking plug in if not used

be aware there are bulb and LED typ3 rear lights

i would wire it as a reverse light, not a rear fog light as you could dazzle other drivers with a fog light in that position

I have a 2017-2019 Yaris, and there is a real fog light and a fake one, like image. The red and black wires are for the fog LED (in the links there are the LED light and the connection wireplug)

The LED unit just twists in place like a bulb holder - these are not cheap

use some long nose pliers and press the clips in, that will release the centre and allow you to take the plate out or you may be able to rotate the black plate to release it

you just need 8158A-0D610 and the correct plug - 90075-60001 is not required (it's just a capless bulb holder)

edit. the wiring should be 81586-0D620 (discontinued part)

This was the best, but 50€ only for shipping........https://www.bildelsbasen.se/en-se/pb/Search/Car-parts/s1/Toyota/TOYOTA-YARIS/2015_2020/Electric-&-Transmitter-&-Databox-&-Sensor/Actuator-loom/All/ID-45669813/8158A0D610

the black plastic plate without the LED has to be drilled to make a hole

The LED is fitted to the Yaris, Corolla - 2018 onwards, maybe the CH-R

it seems to be in short supply
