I am struggling to find my Satnav serial to register it and update maps. In my car I get as far as Online to find out but it wants an email and password before the serial is shown. Everything is in UPPER CASE and it does not accept a password. Does it need a new one? Someone surely has experienced this? The web site is a nightmare.
