Brake Light Flashing with beeping sound

Hi all, my car is having brake light flashing with beeping sound recently, the brake fluid is full and most importantly the same problem remains even I hv detach the cable from the brake fluid.  Therefore the brake fluid factor was excluded.  
 

I noticed that it happen more frequent when the road is not smooth or when it makes a left turn.
