Got a chance to replace the head unit in my 2014 Auris Excel

Existing one has dead patches on the touch screen and no gps installed Got the chance to get a 2015 head unit with GPS out of a wrecked taxi Am I right in needing the GPS antenna out of it as well ? Where is it fitted from the factory ?
