Eibach or H&R spring ? Toyota Auris 2014

Hello guys !

My toyota is an Auris E18 2014, 2.0 D-4D with 17" alloy wheels and I want to buy new springs, but I don't know which.

H&R spring kit lowering the car 35mm front and rear.

Eibach Pro-Kit spring kit lowering 30mm front and 25mm rear.

Do you have one of these on your Auris and can help me with some advice ?

Both are decent brands, and TUV approved from previous experience they may settle another 10mm or so after 6-12 months
