Hello I have a 2008 Corolla verso and the turbo seems to be going on it can I get this replaced or repaired?

I've just had a new fuel tank fitted so I would really like to get it repaired or placed rather than the car go for scrap as it's only done 107000 miles

You can get it replaced or depending on condition of turbo it can be refurbished,i have seen loads of adverts online for turbo refurbishment,
