2018 Icon alarm issue

My alarm went off 4 times last night with no apparent cause, all locked, no wind, no intruder

There are 2 alarm sensors/lights near the bottom of the windscreen.....one is flashing and i can't seem to stop it.

I'm not technically minded and want to avoid booking it in if there is a simple fix { or indeed if I'm just being thick.}

Is there a way to ''reset'' an alarm?
