Temperature gauge goes below gauge meter on a new Corolla 2021 hybrid

Hey guys, hopefully this does not go against community guidelines but thought that there's so many of us maybe someone would know whether I should get my newly brought car checked out in a service since I am a little bit worried :\ (It has less than 1k km driven)

The gauge works properly and shows correct temperature when the car has ran enough for the engine to heat up.

I once filled the car to 100% and am a little bit scared that it could have done some damage to it incase I did overfill though no fuel went outside the hole :x

Thank you!

It's perfectly normal for the temperature gauge to show where it is when you first start a car from cold. You won't do any damage to your car if you fill your tank up. I always fill my tank up to the top and always round it up to the nearest £1 if it stops short.

Thank you! I feel atleast a little bit more calm 😄 Since it's a brand new car and the first brand new car I own (Previously drove only used ones) it was a bit scary especially since I really like driving this car and wouldn't want to risk damaging it.
