Removal of tail lights

hi I have a 2006 Toyota mark x I’m trying to remove the tail lights iv unbolted everything but they don’t seem to come out can someone help me please

A quick look at some pic's, 3 nuts on the rear and a tab that hooks under the edge of the bumper, so it's a bumper off/release the top

Light can be very hard to remove on 1st try,  with bolts removed, they still tend to feel bolted.

After being removed one time, it gets much easier.

So don't be afraid to use a bit of force, sadly, it's a must.
