Toyota Verso 2016 - USB port not working.

Hi. I have a Toyota Verso 2016 with Touch and Go 2. The USB port is not working. After connecting the USB flash drive, the USB option in the audio source settings is blocked. I will also add that the USB is completely dead, it does not even charge the phone. AUX port under the USB connector works fine. What can I do?

Try a different USB cable, if not check the connections and/or replace the port - 86190-0D030 used in lots of Toyota's
