2010 rav4 2.2 diesel won’t start

My 2010 rav4 suddenly broke down, after checking various sensors etc I presumed sod was blocked so I removed it finding engine oil pouring from back of turbo down exhaust, I automatically presume turbo seals had gone so replaced turbo and cleaned dpf, when I tried to start it still wouldn’t start and noticed engine oil mixed with diesel pouring out of back of exhaust, I then proceeded to remove cylinder head thinking it was gasket or piston trouble causing back pressure, everything was fine so I completely decarboned everything and rebuild, it still won’t start and doing same, can anyone shed any light on it as I’m loosing the will with it. Thanks
