5th Gear Repair

Hi Folks, Some great advice on this forum. I'm looking to replace the 5th gear on my 54 plate Rav4, but I'm struggling to find out how many teeth on the new gear I need - 39, 40 or 41. Is there any database or person I can contact to answer? Thanks.
