Recommended independent garage for RAV service, Cardiff

Can anyone recommend an independent garage in Cardiff for my wife's 2012 RAV4 2.2D manual? Temporarily lost reverse gear... selector wouldn't lift to get reverse - 5 minutes gentle encouragement of the gear level at home has given us the gear back temporarily but Mrs B is an understandably worried soul, so my car has been commandeered (!) and I need to get the RAV some help asap. Main dealer scary prices to pay for their fancy premises and 'support' staff ... Really appreciate your advice, suggestions, experience.  Thanks!
