Hybrid Coaching Question

I can’t get up to date hybrid coaching on MyT. We got the car on 18th May and the last date it shows any hybrid coaching is 24th May. Am I missing something in settings?

Are you still logged into your profile on the infotainment system? It's logged me out a couple of times and needed re-linking with the QR code. Also need to ensure you haven't enabled privacy mode as that will prevent your data being sent to the cloud.
