Aygo MK1 Autofold Wing Mirrors ------

Hi all, i have a 2012 MK1 Aygo, and someone sent me a small video of an Aygo MK1 with auto folding wing mirrors and was told they are from a Toyota IQ, not sure if anyone has heard of this or got any info on maybe how to do this? The wiring of the mirrors being it folded or electric is not an issue at all infact thats the easiest side of things for me...

TLDR:. You need to graft the iq mirrors into the Aygo baseplates, you will not buy anything off the shelf

Did the MK2 Aygo ever come with Autofolding mirrors? Ive never seen it, electric maybe but am looking to have my Aygo with Autofolding, looks kool and always into mods like this as a  ex-car electrician wires and wiring is not a problem! With the IQ mirrors, would be good to know what are the procedures of swapping the housing over! I have a set of aygo mk1 spare mirrors and took off the driverside housing off the base, basically ready to try and fit the IQ housing on to it! Is there any other model autofolding mirror that i could fit which shares the same mirror housing as the IQ?

Simple answer, no it didn't. Electrically adjustable and heated but not electrically folding.

wiring is 9 wires - 2 for heat, 2 for the indicator, 2 for mirror fold and 3 for movement

you can't just swap bases as they are very different, mirror bases are unique to the triplets - see the 3rd page on the link above
