Door lock unlock but does not lock - makes noise. Can I adjust to fix it - video

I recently ran into this. My wife was opening at the same time as I was unlocking. Now I cant lock that door, it only unlocks. Anyone know if something has broken or if I can fix it? 20220716_101515.mp4
