Central locking problem

I am having problems with my central locking , sometimes when I go to open my auris 2007 with the fob it doesn’t work , the lights flash but the doors don’t unlock, but it doesn’t happen all the time so I’m assuming that it isn’t a fuse otherwise it wouldn’t work at all , nothing wrong with the Battery in the key fob but if anyone has any ideas as to why this is happening then I would be grateful .
