Socket & Wire Sub-Assy, Rear Combination Lamp, LH

Does anyone know where I can get this assembly for 1988 Corolla sr5? They are discontinued since it's so old. Or maybe someone can give me some advice as to why my parking light works fine when my lights are off but as soon as I turn my headlights on it does not work any longer? Thanks in advance for any help

Is it dammaged or just not working down to corrosion.

Are the pins also clean ie no burnt tacts when you disconnect check both plugs.
