Hybrid 2018 screen multimedia change camera issues

Hello and greetings from Greece!

Excuse me for my non native English in advance!

I recently changed the oem Fujitsu 86140-0D440 with the newer Harman Kardon PV 602 from 2019 model with android auto and Apple carplay.

All the connections were the same.. no cable remained detached.. but..

By selecting reverse gear, the camera doesn't work..

It seems that some pins might not be in the same position.. I'm trying to find a solution maybe with an adaptor.. I want to avoid cutting wires etc..

Anyone done that before?

Any connection diagrams available?

What you would suggest?

I've found something online that might work for me but I'm not sure if it's for the specific use that I want.. it's from a Danish site without English translation..I attach pictures below..

 

USB etc work properly.. apart from the rear camera
