Toyota Proace City Electric - Scheduled Charging Fault

Hi All

We have recently had a Proace City Electric delivered and found that the advertised feature of deferred/scheduled charging to make the most of off peak electric tariffs does not work, I contacted the dealership (Marshalls Toyota Cardiff) and they tell me this effects all Toyota models and none of their electric vehicles can run scheduled charging, is this true ? If so why do Toyota advertise it as a feature on their web site ?

If anyone can shed any light on this issue or help we'd be really grateful.

There are known issues with connected services and Vodafone

I can't find anything to do with scheduled charging on the EV
