Is missing wheel arch an MOT failure?

Hi all,

my right side wheel arch /Mud guard for my toyota Auris was split so I removed most of it as it was rubbing against the tyre making a noise.

I was wondering will the absence of said wheel arch be a MOT failure?

Mud guard no, wheel arch also probably no.

But those are cheap 2nd hand, and with winter approaching, you will have a bunch of salt moving around, i'd get a replacement and install it.
