so i think i need to do different topics but i think it be easy to place it in here to get tips. makes it a tad easier for me to find.

So i have just fix some rust on my corolla on the roof, where roof meets boot door, by the rubber trim. however how do i go about remvoing that trim to check for rust?

Another thing in the works will be respraying the bumpers, has anyone removed the front/ rear bumper for a 2004 corolla? if so how do you remove the push in rivets? and how many cans of spray do you think i need?
